Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun - Adults Only, Playa del Carmen

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large, well-appointed, and very modern, complete with soaking tubs in buildings 16 and 26 and offered a fabulous view over the restaurants. The service went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and truly made me feel valued as their guest in Riviera Maya. The location was pristine, with meticulously manicured surroundings and beautiful lush greenery. However, the dining experience fell below expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

Our stay at the hotel was simply incredible and so romantic, perfect for our 10-year anniversary. The rooms were large, had very comfortable beds, and excellent bathroom facilities. However, being located in a building by the main courtyard made us a bit concerned due to the many evening activities happening there like vendor sales, Mexican fiesta night, and the Halloween haunted house during our visit.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large and well-appointed with daily maid and turn-down service, but I felt the terrace was rather small for a 5-star property. The service was excellent, especially the attentive beach wait staff. The location was exceptional right next to a beautiful beach, but the service level in the preferred club honeymoon suite was not top-notch. The dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious choices, but the Uonuma-grown rice was a letdown.
